Declined review, very discouraging

Hello my review contribution with #220915-172620-168704  was declined and I wasn't informed about that (no email). I learned it by clicking the View Status link. There is only one line over there "Reason: Does not meet contribution guidelines".  There are a lot of items within User review guidelines.

I don't understand which item my review violated. I have submitted about 250 reviews so far and none of them were declined before. You should be more specific about that. So that I can modify my review and resubmit it. Is it one single sentence, a phrase, a word or my low rating and adverse criticism? If I don't know the problem, how do you expect me to solve it?
