Declined name correction contribution

I have added contribution #260513-132137-064000 to correct name diacritics for Tomás Pavelek Pavelek, Tomás to Pavelek, Tomáš with screenshot of credits with name Tomáš Pavelek but it still Does not meet contribution guidelines.
