Declined name correction contribution
I have added contribution #260513-132137-064000 to correct name diacritics for Tomás Pavelek Pavelek, Tomás to Pavelek, Tomáš with screenshot of credits with name Tomáš Pavelek but it still Does not meet contribution guidelines.

I have checked the page and this is a claimed page, in this case only the name owner can change/modify the name. What you need to submit is a correction adding the credited as "Tomáš Pavelek" to the credit, you can find help and instructions in the Help Articles.
