I have submitted the following credits under my name providing screenshots with the actual dub card from the streaming service.
The numbers are these:

They all have been declined with the generic response "Does not meet contribution guidelines.". Can you please provide some guidance about what it needs to be uploaded as evidence other than screenshots that list the credited name?

Thanks for the contribution numbers! I have checked the submissions and the credits submitted are not eligible to be listed in the site, we don't list Dubbing credits, we only list credits from the original version of the titles. You can take a look at our Help Articles too for more detailed information.
In this case for Dubbing, we only accept Voice Actor - Dubbing credits, more details in the Help Articles.
