Declined contribution for Will Smith's role in Jersey Girl

Smith played a fictionalised version of himself in a brief scene in the 2004 film 'Jersey Girl'. He was uncredited in the film itself but is listed on IMDB, uncredited but named wrongly as 'Self', which I tried to correct to 'Will Smith', it being a character he played, not actually himself.
