The US rating certificate for Home Alone (1990) - IMDb currently shows "Approved", a rating that hadn't been used for decades by 1990. Filmratings.com shows "PG", as expected. Maybe someone was trying to rate one of the many videos or a film still in production under the same title.
PS Is "Data Issues" the right category for this?

Yes, "data issues" is correct for this problem.
The incorrect US certificate rating has now been removed and the change should be live on the site shortly.
