The US rating certificate for  Home Alone (1990) - IMDb  currently shows "Approved", a rating that hadn't been used for decades by 1990.  Filmratings.com shows "PG", as expected.  Maybe someone was trying to rate one of the many videos or a film still in production under the same title. PS Is "Data Issues" the right category for this?
