In support of this, I'm going to note that https://www.newspapers.com/newspage/115765257/ has a 1979 article from the Poughkeepsie Journal about Debralee Scott. Even if you don't have a newspapers.com subscription, you may still be able to read near the bottom of the middle column:
This should support listing her in an uncredited role in The Candidate.
