Death date updates declined

Over the past fortnight, I have had several death date updates declined, even though the information I provided has been correct (there may well have been the odd one I got wrong - that sometimes happens, due to varying source material). However,the last one I submitted was for the actress Evans Evans on the 20th. This was submitted with the correct date and place, yet declined. Could someone please explain the reasons for this? I have been supplying this type of information without a problem for more than thirteen years.
