Crew Mergers

@Bethanny​ Yes. The reason I specified "Crew" is because for actors I at least have the option of providing screenshots of their images. For crew members I don't know what evidence I could provide.

I only submit merge requests when it's abundantly obvious (at least to me) that two crew members are the same person just from examining their filmographies. In the past I haven't had a problem getting them accepted but recently I have been getting declines on these.

For name merges any link that could help us verify they are the same person, any article, a resume page, anything you can think of.
And if you have any specific rejections you would like me to look at please provide the 18-digit submission reference and I will be happy to help you.
