crew added themselves to title in wrong section, now i cant delete

You might be not seeing the names of people you need to move to different credit categories because it's likely their credits are added as episode level and not series level, as per our Episodic guidelines. 

So you'll need to correct the credit categories by deleting/re-adding the credits on the episode page, please let us know if you encounter any issues. 

Regarding the production status, you'll need to edit the Release Date on the episode page again, and then correct the Production / Development Status in the Other Data section of the contribution form. Both of these options are found by selecting the yellow "Edit page" button near the bottom of the episode title page.
