Credits for episode segments getting rejected

Okay.... so I've been updating many past episodes and segments of a TV sketch comedy I was in. Some appearing correctly on my profile. The others, getting rejected for some weird 'lack of evidence' ??? I have zero idea what that all means, when one series segment gets approved. While the others do not??? Is this an AI related glitch? My profile should show over 30 director and producer credits, yet its stuck at 9, as I shake my head as to whatever is going on. I have followed the submission rules, including the warnings. Yet it continues to happen. What am I doing wrong? Help me out here - thanks
