Credits declined

I'm having the exact same issue. I've attached all my callsheets in accordance to the episodic requirement and nearly 95% of them have been declined. Many of my credits are on TV series with no end credits. Im in the process of trying to find a customer support number and/or chat room. Im wondering if I need to add the "uncredited" attribute for series work rather than feature films. Let me know if you find an answer.
