Credits correction

Hi there,
I submitted two corrections that were accepted (#240923-114647-230000 and #240923-115148-864000), but instead of correcting credits, my name (Niels Holm) was just added several times and the mistaken name (Niels Borchert Holm) is still on the credits. Probably because I checked the wrong add/delete boxes in in the process. Great if someone could help me fix this.
