Credits being declined

For my contribution on 31 October 2025 #251031-012717-214000 I've updated credits on productions I wasn't creditted for, (first time updating IMDB after 10 years in industry) and have provided payslips, contracts and/or crewlist/callsheets for evidence, and yet they're all getting declinde because they do not meet contribution guidelines - but I have no idea how it's not meeting the contribution guidelines as I've specified seasons and episodes where relevant and have included evidence on all contributions. Is there any way to email the verifiers to know what to add / change to prove? Cheers, T
