Credits all transferred to someone else's page

Hello, I'm having an issue where all of my imdb credits have been moved to someone with a similar name that we were both credited to. Perhaps the algorithm thought this was too similar to pass up, so all of my credits were transferred to this other person, all with an attribution that it's credited to my name. I'd love to have all of my previous credits back onto my page, so is there anyone that can help? My page is here: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm12481332/ The page with my poached credits is here: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm3264584/ I've tried to correct/dispute, but I'm getting denied for each one and I'm not sure how I will ultimately convince the justification since it's basically just stealing my name. Any help in correcting this would be much appreciated.

Hi ccarbone- In order for our staff to help you further, can you confirm the credited titles that belong to you? Cheers!

@Maya Thanks for the follow up and I appreciate the assistance in helping resolve this issue. Here are the titles that belong on my page (Chad Carbone), broken out by their category: Editor: David's Voice Producer:  David's Voice Editorial Department: Bears Discover Fire Actor: Bears Discover Fire Living on Borrowed Time Imminent Breaking Away Second Unit or Assistant Director: How It Ended Second-Story Man King of Paper Chasin' The Prospects Grant St. Shaving Co. Visual Effects: Premium Rush Additional Crew: When Harry Tries to Marry NY Export: Opus Jazz Happythankyoumoreplease Thanks: The Alchemist's Letter The only credit that is attributed to Chad Carbone on his page that is not my credit is from "Life Like" in Art Department. My suspicion is that this is the source for the mix up. Perhaps whomever put Chad Corbi's name in imdb for that role accidentally autocompleted to my name and then it caused all credits from my user to be compiled onto his page.  Obviously, I have no idea if that's how it works, but it's a theory.  Let me know if there's any info you may need from me to complete this request. Thanks again!
