Credited under stage name and real name, but credit adjustment being denied

So I have been credited on IMDb for two projects, both of which are credited for the same character under my stage name and real name (They have duplicated the credit) I have been trying fiercely to contribute/show the mistake, show my contract with the producers showing credit should be given to stage name but every time my contribution gets denied even though my real name literally should not be credited. Can anyone think of any way to get IMDb to understand this mistake and get it adjusted? Do they have "contact us" page?

It looks like a page for Landon Michael was recently merged into Preston Lyford. Usually IMDb only lists one page per person, and it would be correct according to IMDb guidelines to merge such pages.
