Credit submissions rejected for Arabic dubbing mixer on Mecha Builders Season 1
Hello,
I recently submitted multiple credits for my work as the Arabic dubbing mixer on Sesame Workshop's Mecha Builders (Season 1). All submissions were declined with the reason: “Does not meet contribution guidelines.”
For each episode, I provided supporting evidence in the form of Pro Tools session screenshots, clearly showing:
- Episode names
- Active session timelines
- My work on the final mix sessions
I understand that internal session screenshots may not always be sufficient evidence. If required, I can provide:
- Official on-screen credits (if available)
- Confirmation from the production company or studio
- Additional documentation supporting my role
The submissions covered the full season (Episodes 1.1 through 1.26), and all were rejected despite this documentation.
From reviewing the forums, I understand that some types of evidence may not be sufficient. I would really appreciate guidance on the following:
- What is the preferred type of evidence for dubbing/mixing credits (especially for localized versions)?
- Would on-screen credits, official documentation, or a letter from production be required instead?
- Is there a way for IMDb staff to review these submissions manually given the volume and consistency of the work?
For reference, here are a few example submission IDs:
- 260503-073019-165000
- 260503-072942-653000
- 260503-072909-056000
(All submissions follow the same pattern across the full season.)
I would really appreciate your help in resolving this, as I was responsible for the Arabic dubbing mix across the entire season.
Thank you in advance for your support.
