Credit submission problem

I've been trying to update a credit on my imdb page for a while.
I've tried providing paystubs, screenshot of the credits and tax paperwork.

The system keeps rejecting it and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or what more is needed to do this.

I never had issues before with adding credits.
