Credit Submission Declined Multiple Times Despite Multiple Public Sources

I have been trying to add Sebastian Stan as a cast member to the In-Development project "Burning Rainbow Farm" (dir. Justin Kurzel). Despite multiple public statements by both Stan and Kurzel (referenced with links in my submissions) it keeps getting declined, despite adding more evidence, saying the information cannot be verified. Usually a single deadline article or similar is more than enough for this type of submission, I'm not sure why this keeps getting declined.
