Credit seems to be stuck in limbo

For the page Mewgenics (tt29266137), I submitted for Danielle McMillen (nm8542222) for her credit as Lucy. The submission was rejected, on account of her supposedly already being credited. Now, that was the first and only time she was added and she's not appearing in the credits. But, when I try to edit on Pro, it shows her. I believe this is a technical issue. Could it be fixed so she shows up? 251008-234334-513000
