Credit Removed - Requesting Admin Review

Out of an abundance of caution and to maintain privacy on a public forum, I am requesting an administrator’s assistance in reviewing internal submission ticket #260819-205131-866000

I am seeking to restore a credit that was wrongfully removed following a contractual dispute. A Superior Court judgment was issued in my favor, validating the executed contract and services rendered. To comply with IMDb policy regarding verified on-screen exhibition credits, I have uploaded comprehensive primary documentation directly to the ticket system.

The evidence I included with my submission includes the judicial order, the executed contract which explicitly mandates for my credit to appear on screen, public marketing materials where I am credited and correspondence with the producer where they accept the film as completed. While I believe this should be sufficient, I can provide a more extensive paper trail if any additional documentation is required to resolve this.

Per IMDb data policies regarding verified exhibition credits, could an administrator please review the documentation on file, assist in restoring the credit, and prevent further unauthorized removals?

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I sincerely appreciate your response.

Since the film was publicly exhibited with my credited billing on the festival cut and the film's poster (a version of which still bears my name on IMDb, just not the primary image), could my original credit be reinstated on the title page with an attribute (such as “festival cut” or “premiere cut”)?

I am not looking to alter or remove any other listed credits. I just want to ensure my work is accurately reflected on the page per contribution guidelines.

IMDb lists credits as they appear onscreen in the finalized public version of the end credits. We could not verify a screening for this title took place that was attended by members of the public, and therefore the title is not considered released as per our guidelines:

Market screenings that are by private invitation only are not considered public releases, therefore should not be considered as release dates.
A closed online screening limited to jurors for a competitive festival (e.g. SXSW) should not be considered the release date of a film (versus an online screening open to the public). Awards given as a result of closed jury screenings will be accepted even if the award is given before the earliest eligible public screening or release date.

As previously mentioned, our team have reviewed all documentation provided and made the changes we're able to make at this time based on the available evidence. For that reason, we also can't reinstate the credit or add such attributes.
