Credit removed from Amazon Prime but still on IMDB

I had been credited in a feature film (starring role) with details showing on both IMDB and Amazon Prime Video. I have since been removed from Amazon Prime and my credit although still on IMDB has been moved to the bottom of the list. Why has it been removed from Amazon Prime Video? and how do I get it readded? I'm so confused.
