Credit Removal Help / Evidence Provided

Hello,

I submitted credit removal contributions yesterday; one was approved, and the other was not. I provided evidence for both, which is available to the public on Vimeo or YouTube. I'm attaching that here, along with the image I shared for evidence. @Fran Thank you for the response. The information was added incorrectly, and I'm trying to clear it up. What other evidence do you need? Call sheet? I can dig that up and share if that would work better. I shared the same type of evidence for a different credit that was corrected and removed from a public Vimeo link. Can you explain the difference? Best,
