Credit Removal Dispute for 'Freddy's Nightmares' S1.E20 (Alias Mapping Error

Hello Ozzy, It is so good to hear from you. I understand that IMDB has a certain way of doing things and unfortunately I do not know how to correct this issue myself. Please check your records to see that Pamela Kayt was credited for the Customer role before I inadvertently removed it by accident because I do not understand how to navigate IMDB to correct this issue.. Also I have a letter from SAG AFTRA stating that I am both, Pamela Kayt and Heaven Stellar. That said, the Customer credit should be listed on my Heaven Stellar profile (as Pamela Kayt). I would like to upload the SAG AFTRA letter for you and because it has my address and other personal information listed, I would like to upload it to you privately to resolve this matter. Does this make sense, Ozzy? Thank you!

Actually, Mrs. Stellar is indeed listed in the on-screen credits of the episode as Pamela Kayt.

I've submitted the contribution #260915-223127-968000 to correct the information. I wasn't able to add the attribute (as Pamela Kayt) because the actress has decided (I don't know if intentionally or not) to hide this alias, so I had to add (as a different name) instead.

Thank you very much, Ozzy. I don't know if Mrs. Stellar really wants her alias, Pamela Kayt, to be hidden or not. Perhaps you can confirm whether this is the case, or at least make sure that the (as Pamela Kayt) is recorded internally in the database in case she wants to "unlock" the name in the future (I can't add it from my end).

I'm unable to confirm the settings @HeavenStellar​ has selected on each of her alternate names. @HeavenStellar​, for more information on this IMDbPro feature (should you need it), please see our guide: Manage the display of your alternate name(s).

However, the credit as it is listed should now be stored in the database correctly, which @HeavenStellar​ can update the display for as she so chooses.

I think you are one of the best employees when it comes to policy matters so that's why I'm hoping to get a response from you via this thread after seeing you were active here.

When I tried to bump this thread a few times to seek an answer and clarification because it was always closed without any answers, I was banned for that. Then when I opened a new thread to inquiry about it, I was banned again :( This time I wasn't banned to my surprise but I was ignored again. So I'm afraid to either bump the thread for an answer or open a new thread about it as both of these get me banned. I don't know why is it so hard to clarify this matter and why I was declared an enemy of the state for trying to get a clarification for it but I would really appreciate if you can chime in and resolve it.
