Credit Deletion/Update Requests Declined Despite Submitted Evidence

I am writing to request clarification regarding two declined credit deletion/ update requests: 260207-231407-293000

The submissions included screenshots of the official production credits reflecting the current and correct credit record, confirming the removal of the “Assistant Editor” listings in question.

As supporting documentation was provided, I would be grateful for any explanation as to why the requests were declined, or what additional materials may be necessary.
