Credit Declined
Hello,
I have tried a few times to add a production manager credit of mine, however it keeps getting declined. I have attached screenshots of my name and position from the credits of a coupe episode. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi Jhall-
Thank you for posting the submission reference number! After taking a look at it, the reason why it was declined was not because of the supporting evidence provided but how the credit was submitted/formatted since it's for a TV series.
In this case, I encourage you to re-submit and attach the same supporting evidence but following the guideline below to how its should be submitted.
