credit declined wrongly and insultingly

I added my editor client's credits to the show he worked on-- YOUR HONOR.  As is the custom on many high end shows-- the editors often share credit on a single episode.  He shared credit with one editor on eps 1, 2,3 (update #210525-174656-861000) -- had sole credit on #8 (#210525-174758-585000) and shared with another editor on #10 (#210525-174758-585000).  For some unknown reason-- all three of these updates were rejected-- even the episode with sole credit-- where there was no prior credit on that episode at all.  The reason given was that it couldn't be verified and I wonder what you did to verify it?  DId you call someone?  Did you watch the show and look at the credits?  I have a long history of updating YOUR site correctly and there would be no reason to doubt me.  So I had to go online and scroll through the show I got a screen grab of the first episode credits-- the most important episode-- with the shared credit proof as I explained.  Please go back and correct your database with the proper and correct information from these three updates.  Here is the screen grab from the pilot episode.   https://www.dropbox.com/s/kxuv68bhd0i5w6a/ruscio%20%20your%20honor%20credit.png?dl=0
