Credit corrections declined

I've been trying to correct my credits for "The Chi", Soul Food (#4.1) and "Chicago Fire", The First Symptom (#11.17) as they've gone to another actor who shares the same name as me. I have evidence that I've worked these episodes, but the request has been declined.

If this credit was added to the incorrect name page instead of removing the credit, you can move the credit to your page through the contribution form.
