Solved

Credit being rejected

I keep trying to add two credits for an anime I did additional voices for and it keeps getting rejected. I am not doing it to the "main cast" section and I have even submitted my time card and studio log as proof. Why is this happening?

Hi MariaAmeliaPark-

In order for our staff to review, can you post the 18-digit submission reference number for this declined contribution?

Cheers!

This is the resubmit from yesterday.

Is that the number you need?

@MariaAmeliaPark - Yes, thank you!

Further reviewing, the reason why it was declined is because we were unable to verify with the evidence provided.

When submitting filmography, please review our following Help Guide for the type of evidence we asked for when adding credits.

You are welcome to re-submit this credit with the respective evidence as highlighted on the guide and our staff will take another look.

I am sorry but that doesn't make sense. You literally have the studio logs from the studio with the "name, date and episode number" and with the director's signature.  There is no greater evidence than that.

@MariaAmeliaPark - Thanks! However, please provide the evidence as mentioned on the Help Guide so that our staff is able to further verify the information being provied.

I did. The studio does not post end credits for the dub cast. Your help guide says this:

The name is not listed in the end credits or the title is unreleased

If a person isn't listed in the titles end credits, or the title is unreleased, and the end credits aren't yet finalized - the evidence listed above will be sufficient to help a credits update.

Sufficient evidence for self-submitted uncredited roles:

Third-party news articles Call sheets
Receipts Pay stubs
Contracts

The pay stub is the "studio log"
