Credit Addition Keeps Getting Declined w Evidence

I have tried adding a credit 3x and it has been declined each time.  I added supporting evidence as URL's of the actor's announcement on his official webpage, and the shared announcement from the creators of the game- NCSoft's official Instagram page.  What more evidence needs to be reasonably submitted to support this credits addition?  Thank you for any help!
