Crazy Credit submission is still "pending" two days after expected processing date

Could an admin check whether there is a problem with 250201-195828-331000, a Crazy Credit submission for the film Der Verloren [The Lost One] tt0044188. It's still showing as Pending although the expected processing date was 2 February. If it just needs more time, that's fine. However if it's stalled because it's quoting a caption written in German (with my English translation) then here's a still https://i.postimg.cc/vHchnz9y/Image1.png to prove the authenticity. Crazy Credit Adds Crazy Credits: Explanatory caption in opening credits: "Dieser Film ist nicht frei erfunden. Den Vorgängen liegen tatsächen Berichte aus den letzen Jahren zu grunde" (This film is not a work of fiction. The events are based on factual reports from the last few years.) I've corrected the missing umlaut on "tatsächen" and clarified that there is a space after it. I've also added a missing full stop after "erfunden" because it's two sentences.Perhaps someone could add the full stop that I accidentally omitted after "grunde"; I was going to do this once the original submission had been published.I presume I'm right to correct the punctuation errors; should I have left it exactly as it was written (all one long sentence) apart from obviously converting all-capitals into normal mixed case (with capitals on German nouns).
