could the "Tracking Submission" button become standard (please)?

It seems that more and more of my submissions have been ignored, or partially ignored, recently. I'm not whining (not all of my stuff is gold!), but it would help me to know why this is happening, and unless there is a "Tracking Submission" button, I can't find any information about the items I have submitted that haven't "made it" to the Web Site. Am I missing this feature (i.e., a way of finding out why something was not posted)? For example, my posting of two quotes (same category of information - cast quotes) 180430-201354-649000 has resulted in one of them being posted, the other not. I'd like to find out why, so that my future submissions might be more efficient.
