Thanks for reporting and including all these submission reports.  I investigated and identified a single contributor responsible for the ongoing character name changes.  I have taken the appropriate steps to address the issue and help prevent future errors, however, if you see a resurfacing of this issue, let us know and we can then investigate further.

I reviewed many of the credits within the submissions you referenced and can confirm that this was old data added in the mid-2000's that was listed as such due to character name flexibility at the time.  So these are not recent data listings.
