correction/addition to trivia declined

A trivia item referred to 2 actors appearing in an earlier movie together, but failed to state the name of the earlier movie -- which I thought was not helpful.  So, I added it, and got 'Declined', with the unhelpful, untrue:  ‘Reason Does not meet contribution guidelines.’  This sort of decision makes this site so frustrating! Why would this submission be declined? [#260224-023757-795000]
