Correction declined without valid reason

Re #250830-023347-372000 - Can the specific IMDb "Guideline" the correction doesn't meet be identified? - Links were added, which IMDb Guidelines require, per Item 1 of the Goofs Style Guide: "If you mention a person or a title (movie, TV series / episode) that is also listed on IMDb, you must use ..." NOTE the "MUST USE". - The Timestamp was edited because, per Item 9 of the Goofs Style Guide, the first two bullet points state: "Timestamping a goof where possible is encouraged, but the format must adhere to strict rules." NOTE the "MUST ADHERE". The second bullet states "Please use the format (at around xx mins) or (at around xh xx mins)." The edit was to use the specified FORMAT to which the Timestamp MUST ADHERE. - There also was a slight edit to include an "i.e.," in a clarifying parenthetical statement that had omitted it. Therefore, I'm very curious as to which "submission guideline" I should review to see why this "contribution has been declined" especially as it took several days to decide to decline it while all other items in the contribution were promptly accepted?
