correction declined despite screenshot

I submitted a correction to remove a duplicate credit with a screenshot of the episode credit showing how it was written and I mentioned there was already existing credit for the role but it was declined as it "Does not meet contribution guidelines." 

Can someone please review the decision?

ps/ There is another correction with a screenshot pending to the correct the wording for the same person and role for another episode which could be declined for the same reason. #260713-021822-423000
