correcting gender

I have tried to correct the gender assigned to Payal Jain Venel (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm11890306/?ref_=tt_rv_t1) She has been listed as Actor on a few listings and I tried correcting them to Female but was declined as not being able to verify. I had included the URLs from the talent agency that represents her but was declined. Can you correct the gender?
