Correcting data

I need help understanding what happens with IMDB. I spot so much wrong information, which is complicated to correct. You need to submit a request to correct it; sometimes, the option to fix it is not available when you try to edit the page. At the same time, it is easy to add misinformation through this site. I am going to give an example:

The documentary The New Age of Terror (TV Mini Series 2017) - IMDb

The storyline starts with " A Two-part documentary event examining the chapter of history ushered on 9/11 when terrorism became the backdrop of our lives ". Can you see it? A Two-part documentary. And for some reason, someone was authorized by the IMDB to add two more episodes, 3 and 4. I have struggled to delete those nonexistent 3 and 4 episodes without success.
