correcting credit order and department
Hello, I've been a storyboard artist for three years now. I've checked my IMDB page numerous times and I have plenty of credits out of order of episode appearance, and my storyboard credits are separated in Art Department and Animation Department, even though I've only worked in animation storyboards. Also, these credits are for the same show, so I have no idea why they're not altogether in one department.
I have no idea how to fix this myself, can anyone give me any tips please?

The IMDb category with the most storyboard artist credits is the Art Department (over 149,000 credits), followed by the Animation Department (over 5500). There are storyboard credits listed in Visual Effects, Special Effects and Other Crew/Miscellaneous Crew. The numbers do not include job titles with similar descriptions (examples: storyboard arts, storyboard, storyboard artist: company name, etc.)
Considering that IMDb depends on contributors to submit credit information, it would not be too much of a surprise if two different contributors (or more) were unsure of which category the credits should be listed.
In my opinion, I would submit all of the credits in the Art Department. Having said that, I would wait for an IMDb representative for some feedback on this matter.

Where the credits should be placed will depend on the type of title the storyboards were being created for. If the storyboards were created for an animation, the credits should sit within the animation department. If the storyboards were created for a live action shoot this should go under the art department.
As Ash has stated above that they were for animation, these credits should sit in the animation department. For more information please refer to the animation department guide below:

I have submitted the corrections to your credits on your behalf, in future if you receive further credits that are added to the incorrect department, you can submit a correction to our data editors for these by using the edit page button at the bottom of your page. You will need to submit a deletion of the credit that is in the incorrect department and an addition to add the credit to the correct department.
Thanks
Meredith
