Correcting a credit for one actor playing multiple characters keeps getting declined

I mistakenly submit the different characters as separate credits to the game, so only the first one went through, but when trying to correct the credit, it keeps getting declined. Every time, the reason is 'other' with 'We did not capture a specific reason during processing.' I'm using the same piece of evidence that was accepted for the credit in the first place, and I'm using the format Character Name/Character Name/Character Name/Character Name. I've tried going through the name page and the game's page. The reference number for the latest attempt was #240405-105453-504000

Another actor in the game put it through and it worked; we're unsure why.

I have checked submission 240405-105453-504000 and it was rejected because was duplicate, the same addition was already done and approved, therefore the system would reject it. Making several submissions for the same item might end up that way, you can make a single submission for the update and wait for the submission to go through.
Do you have any other submission number that you need me to take a look for you?
