Cops Season 09 broadcast date question
see https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0096563/episodes/?season=9
the episode S9.e5 is shown as September but it did not air that date. TV Guide does show it but the episode did not air until November 23. I captured newspaper images for the affected dates the older showing only one new episode on September 28, 1996 and the November 23, 1996 listing where 's9.e5' did appear. I looked at the submission page and not sure which way to start the process. My first thought is to ask for a manual date change of s9.e5 then a resort of the episodes that will correct episode order for episodes 5 through 11. is that possible? if not, a request to delete current s9.e5, and then one-by-one reorder each episode up to what is now S9.10, then 'insert episode 11 with same data as current 5th episode has listed?

The Youtube channel happened to release a 3 episode video, the second of which caused me to find the error to report. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LGD-GKHt3nk&lc=UgxjEeWSYA_pzXiQWJ54AaABAg
thanks for looking at this so I can know which way to go with the correction procedure.

OK broadcast (USA) date changed. I need to get that episode out of the way temporarily to allow moving the next few episodes to one lower number then move the current 9.5 to its new episode number. to do this, is it acceptable to change episode number of 9.5 to 9.37 (after current last episode for the season), then one-by-one adjust the episode numbers until finally inserting current 9.5 into its new 9.11 position?
