Cops s17e36 season finale image.

Cops TV series is a live action documentary. The standard image used by the episode providers is (example https://trakt.tv/shows/cops/seasons/17 - scroll to episode 36) an injured person. It is from the network aired show. I have captured the image from a video stream and wanted to be sure it is not outside of bounds in depiction. Numerous episodes of Cops have some injuries or blood in their episode pictures but it isn't 'gore' nor supposed to be gore.  The image  is viewable at https://imgur.com/a/DmT1SVf and you can tell the network carefully picked that image as opposed to showing any head injury/blood etc.  Any advice or tentative approval would be appreciated.
