Cops S12 episodes 21 and 22 need to be swapped

See https://www.tvguide.com/tvshows/cops/episodes-season-12/1000242631/ to verify order and I captured a newspaper for that night (4 episodes, two new and two repeats). https://imgur.com/a/0qGErsz . Since both episodes exist, I didn't know the preferred procedure.
