Cops 17.11 outline/summary

I got the Cops TV show special of which 17.11 and 17.12 are the first and second half of the hour special. Everyone but TV guide includes/included these two episodes as part of the season, while TV guide made no mention that I can find of the double episode special. because of that, TVguide for that season beginning at 17.11 is off in its numbering system by negative two episodes. I think that is part of the problem in verifications in this Season (at/after episode on IMDB after episode 10. 

two reference numbers 240929-003404-783000 and 240926-010244-258000 address a wrong plot outline and summary for the episode 17.11 . I added a correct summary. The entire double episode is available on youtube.  The problem is that someone maybe decades ago, entered a summary about an episode in season 20 that says "Faster your seatbelts when the 20th season kicks off featuring Officer Caleb Lenz of the Kansas City, MO, Police Department assisting in the pursuit of a car-jack suspect who has shot an officer.". as you can see this is season 17 and the review is for an episode in season 20.

Only ask is to remove the wrong plot outline. I did try to correct it first but it was rejected. So I added a correct summary for that half hour part of the hour-long double episode.
