Contributions - How do you prove you have not worked on a project associated to your account ?

Associate Producer, Production Manager, Unit Manager.
I have never worked in the Art Dept or Greens Dept. There is another individual of the same name (who died in 2019) that did work in the Art Dept.
I recently noticed the issue and for days have been trying to get it resolved, the response I get from IMDB is always the same "Declined - Unable to verify".
I have supplied the obituary, a crew list that shows both names and the different email address & phone number on a project we both did.
I am simply out of idea as to how I can prove I was not working on a movie. I might as well be asked to prove that I never worked for IMDB - how does one go about proving they were not involved with a film ?
Help please.

If it helps one of the tracking numbers of the submission is : 230321-143945-666000

I might have missed those before but any chance you can also move/fix the Production Designer credit for "Sale Gueule (2014)", that was not me but the other Daniel. Same issue with "La cité entre les murs (2011)" Production Designer credit. Finally "Au secours de Béatrice (2014)" Set Decorator credit.
All of those are not me but the other Daniel Auclair.
