Contributions getting deleted instantly?

Can you check my account please? just in case if I am flagged or shadow banned. Also my  Contributions are still getting deleted in instant.

@Cain​ - Hi! I can see that both of those images are live on the site.

However, as per that message appearing despite the images being approved, I've forwarded this information to the appropriate team for further investigation (Ref Ticket #V2199586516). We'll reply once we receive further information. 

I don't know if it is a bug or something, but every time I post an image It says deleted here is a screenshot.

@Cain- We can confirm that this issue is now resolved. Can you check the submissions, the 'Deleted image' message should no longer be there.

Thanks, but now weird numbers appear on the left without a summary every time I post something. here is a screenshot 

@Cain​ - Hi! These are not weird numbers, they are the image identifiers that you will see on each image on the site.
