Contributions getting deleted instantly?

My Contributions are getting deleted instantly? Here is an example

#260503-023528-236919 and #260503-024853-924019

(edit It says Approved, but the images are deleted on my Contributions history)

Can you check my account please? just in case if I am flagged or shadow banned. Also my Contributions are still getting deleted in instant.
