Hi,
I work at Broadway Video, the production company behind "The Coldest Case: The Past Has A Long Memory" (2024) (Podcast Series). I'm trying to add cast and crew credits to the IMDb page, but they are being auto-declined for some reason. The reference numbers are pasted below.
Let me know if there's anything I can do to resolve this, thanks!

Thank you for your problem report.
I can confirm your credit additions are being declined because you are adding the credits to the parent series page, and not the individual episodes they belong to. This is our episodic credit policy, which is outlined in our Help article, along with instructions on how to correctly add these credits.
