How do I access my list of CONTRIBUTIONS and UPDATES for films that I have submitted? I had the link to this but recently had repair work done on my computer and I lost the link to this info.

I forgot the email link I go to in order to access my contributions, updates, goofs, trivia, etc. that I have submitted. I had the link but when I recently had some work done on my computer, I lost it. I want to put the link back into my computer and view my submissions. Can you give me the email link? Thanks
