[Resolved]: Problem Contributing Non-English Characters

I am trying to add a short film in Spanish with a mark at the end of the name, the title is "Sinuhé", the page is ready to be added, but when I upload it, the title changes its name to "Sinuhà ©" and several members that already They are registered on the platform with names with a tílde such as "María", they become "MarÃa" or with Ñ "Montaà ± ez" and with much that changes, it stays that way. And now I cannot submit to the platform the short.

I do not know if it will be a temporary failure or some change that I did not know about, but I need help with this
