Contribution tracking question

Same here - Submitted an uncredited extra role for The Other Zoey which was approved 9/12/2023 - but never to appear on the website - and on the info page for pending updates it says the oldest is dated 9/19/2023 - So what happened to:

Hi @coheninteriors -

I've taken a look at your name page and can see the credit is associated with your page. However, our display logic requires at least one fully credited listing on your page before any will show - as there are no fully credited positions associated with the page, nothing is visible.

Once a fully credit position is added, all (uncredited) data will also appear. I hope this helps explain why the credits aren't visible.

@Bethanny Having trouble understanding. So - You have proof of the extra appearance with photos, which has been verified and approved by IMDb as legitimate - But as this was a first opportunity in the industry, you are saying there can be no uncredited extra listing because there is no established prior credited appearance? That means that anyone that has not had a credited appearance can not be listed as appearing in a movie? That would not be a very kind position for young actors working toward a real break and recognition.

@coheninteriors As mentioned before, the credit is listed on our data base, it is just our policy to only display it once there is a credited credit on the name page.
