contribution review (rejected with no reason)

re: 240925-050417-051202  "Your contribution has been declined.We did not capture a specific reason during processing." When I try to review it, it goes to a no data page with a single check box that says ok. 

it is an image add to cops 17.17 https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7157444/ that is the standard image used by data sources.  The only current image is not art of this episode at all. Please review and if full size image is needed again, let me know.
